MCL Builders is a community development company. MCL Builders will develop the infrastructure part of the community. The company started with a big platform of entrepreneurs and professionals Mirpur Club Ltd. Around 50 directors join initially in this company. Among them, 10 have a civil engineering background and the rest are well-qualified, experienced, and professional entrepreneurs.

The first objective of MCL Builders is to build the building required for the community of Sopnojatra as well as Mirpur Club Ltd. Side by side the company also developing other properties and assets other than Mirpur Club Ltd. MCL Builders got registration in October 2023 but originally the operation of this company started around 6month back.

The objective of the company is a bit different from other construction companies. MCL Builders main goal is community development. In that case, its operation, structure, and other activities are not similar to other builder companies. MCl Builders is working with a strategic view and deep social thought, and Mirpur Club Ltd has been fueling or promoting this company from day one. The main ingredient of the company is taken from Mirpur Club Ltd.

The vision of the company is to deliver suitable infrastructure to build the community of foreign service and present the local culture in Bangladesh. “Shopnojatra” is the flagship product of the company. Shopnojatra is a model of community, on which Mirpur club has been working last five years and Bencity is also a prime objective of the company. Shopnojatra is a small conversion of Bencity. At this present moment, the company is going to start Shopnojatra with 600 residential units, and a commercial unit with around 80000 square feet of floor space in a 15-story building. The company is organizing itself with the motto and objective set by entrepreneurs and professionals at Mirpur Club Ltd. It is a platform and gathering of entrepreneurs and professionals. MCL builders building a community with strong entrepreneurs and professionals in the country. This company is also building a platform which is an entrepreneur university. The university is a completely new concept in the country.
